Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be taken in the mess tent or on its terrace, or just under the African sky - romantic candlelight dinners can be arranged under stars.

Full course Menus can be custom-designed around your favorites. Soups are made from scratch with homemade stock. Supplies of fresh fruits and vegetables are available. Excellent South African Wines are available, as are cold sodas, soft drinks, beer and some liquors.
